The customer service here is horrendous. I ordered sunglasses for $130.

I did not get any order confirmation or anything from them. 2 weeks later they arrived and did not look good on me (obviously not the fault of Go-Optic). I called customer service, waited 20 minutes before hanging up. I sent an email and got a reference number.

The email said I'd get a response/return authorization in 1 day. I never got any response and over a week passed. I back the next day, 25 minutes on hold before hanging up. I then sent another email through the site to which I finally got an angry voice mail (I told them to call me in the email) saying they had responded.

I had searched through my whole gmail account and junk folder and this was not the case. I called back and after about 10 minutes finally got in touch with somebody. I had to pay full shipping back + %15 restocking fee.

This is awful service and I hope nobody buys from them again. Buy from revolve or eye goodies or anywhere but go-optic.

Monetary Loss: $130.
