These crooks charged me 10% for an order I canceled! Moreover, they charged me an additional 30% for the lenses, or some trash like that, all of this for glasses that I didn't even receive! I was forced to cancel my order because it was taking over a month for those losers to process it! Horrible experience!!! Go elsewhere!!! Beware!!! I ordered two pairs of glasses. One of my glasses orders was cancelled after the fact because the glasses were out of stock. Why after the fact? Because their inventory is either not current or not connected to the website. I had an FSA and I had to spend the money now in order not to lose it. I hope, for your sake, you are reading this BEFORE you order from Go Optic. In a word, they are simply criminal. I ordered Ray Ban sunglasses, the prescription so far off it was like not wearing glasses at all (they did NOT allow for "wrap compensation" according to my local optician), and the nose pad was bent at a 90 degree angle, impossible to bend back without breaking. GO Optic intentionally list frames that are no longer made to collect the $35 dollar restock fee. I order a pair of hard to find frames that are no longer made. Go-Optic made it sound like they have them in stock. They didn't. I doubt they ever did. However, they still charged me a $35 dollar restocking fee. They still have this frame listed. Bought my reading glasses from Go-Optic with single vision prescription. Received a defective frame. Called customer service and requested my frame to be replaced. Returned the defective frame with my own money and received a week later the exact frame back! They sent me the same frame back!!! Their frame are very competitive. Lense buyers beware! If you have a strong prescription, do not buy from them. I ordered lenses from them. The prescription was good. However, there were problems with depth perception and significant image curvature. I have had strong prescription for over 28 years and never encountered this issue. Go-Optic will not refund you. Simply put: I've ordered two eyeglass from Go optic. Both had incorrect lens prescriptions as verified by my eye doctor. One was credited back without issue. The other has been in dispute for months: first the company wanted extra $ to provide my correct lens prescription, then then told my CC that I failed to return with the timeframe, that the prescription was correct and attempt to provide documentation of the charge larger than it actually... I ordered a pair of glasses with fancy lenses on April 24th. I double checked with them online to make sure everything was in stock before I ordered, and they said the glasses would ship out the latest by May 2nd. The glasses didn't ship out until May 15th.
